The role will support the organisation and delivery of FIGO events – including the biennial FIGO World Congress, online and regional events, webinars and internal FIGO events – through the provision of timely and accurate administrative and logistical support.

Resource & FM Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Resource & FM Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a proactive member of the Secretariat team, to deliver high quality, professional services to FIGO. This will be achieved by; 

  • Ensuring effective Administrative Processes within FIGO (incl. meetings support, notetaking, communication, facilities management) 
  • Supporting the Human Resources function at FIGO (incl. recruitment, BREATHE HR and training) 
  • Coordination of Health and Safety/Fire Safety Support

Senior Project Coordinator - French Speaking (12 month FTC pending donor contract)

We are looking to recruit a French speaking Senior Project Coordinator to lead on FIGO deliverables for a WHO project on FP and CAC competency based learning (CBL). You will lead on coordination of the following in five countries in Africa and Asia (TBC):

  • Developing a strategy for the dissemination of the "Family planning and comprehensive abortion care toolkit for the primary health care workforce" and “ICM Competencies” in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Conducting assessments of FP and CAC competency education and performance gaps.
