Share your research on a global stage 

Don’t miss your opportunity to advance the conversation and have your say in our world-class scientific programme. We invite you to get involved in a variety of activities, including: 

  •  Oral and e-Poster presentations 
  •  Breakout sessions  
  •  Pre-Congress workshops 
  •  Simulation labs  
  •  Short films to be showcased at our film festival  

We are seeking proposals in key areas including maternal fetal medicine, clinical obstetrics, sexual, reproductive health & rights, reproductive medicine, benign surgery, urogynaecology, non-surgical gynaecology, and women’s cancer.

The deadline to submit your proposal is Friday 1 November 2024. To submit your scientific session or Pre-Congress workshop, visit the submissions website, where you will also find the full submission guidelines. 

We encourage collaborative submissions between societies and organisations. Proposals can be submitted in English, French, or Spanish. The Scientific Programme Committee will review all submissions and notify you of acceptance in January 2025.
